Our goal is to provide collectors and investors with the best quality in their respective price ranges from several hundred dollars to as much as a quarter of a million dollars.
We specialize in the unusual and often unique, but have interesting examples of the collector “staples’” such as Colts, Winchesters and Civil War weapons of all kinds.

Meet Bob
AxeAntiques was founded by nationally known criminal defense and trial lawyer Bob Axelrod as a diversion from his high stress law practice.
Bob can be seen on the Netflix series Heist which features one of his hi profile cases in episodes one and two entitled “SEX MAGIC MONEY AND MURDER.”
Axe Antiques has since evolved into a thriving antiques business with a national reputation for rarity, quality, honesty and integrity. Since dedicating himself to antiques arms and armour Bob has graduated from the New York University Appraisal School, and has successfully completed the USPAP national course and examination for appraisers. He has been honored to be an Accredited Member of the Appraisers Association of America.
We have relocated to the beautiful small town of Fayetteville, Texas, halfway between Houston and Austin and happily entertain visits from interested collectors by appointment.
